My Uncle John's Sweets -N- Hots is a family run company. Due to John Taylor's love for spicy food and competition, he desired to make something that was hot and different.. For many years John has been experimenting with many different habanero pepper recipes. His desire then became a quest to create a variety of different spicy recipes. In 1993, John created his well-known Hot Sauce. After about three years of perfecting the recipe, John and his wife Sharon decided to start selling their hot sauce.
